Mentors are young Americans who read The 4 Gifts and encourage their friends to join Operation Bright Star by reading The 4 Gifts and living the message of the book.

Young Americans will know who among their peers are the best candidates to benefit from the lessons of The 4 Gifts and it is this knowledge that makes these readers best suited to serve as mentors within their peer group.  One objective of Operation Bright Star is to encourage young Americans to communicate the message of The 4 Gifts to other young Americans throughout their communities.  This facet of Operation Bright Star will help instill a sense of community spirit in every young American touched by this program.
